| 摘 要： | 目的: 评价AstraMax角膜地形图在圆锥角膜早期诊断中的重要作用.方法: 对2002-10/2004-06来我院准分子激光治疗中心欲进行准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)及准分子激光原位角膜磨削术(LASIK)的2202例术前患者4382眼行角膜地形图检查,以筛选亚临床期圆锥角膜及可疑圆锥角膜.结果: 共筛选出2人4眼亚临床期圆锥角膜(占0.09%),可疑圆锥角膜5例8眼.结论: AstraMax角膜地形图在圆锥角膜的早期诊断中具有简便、快速、准确的优点,是准分子激光术前筛查的重要工具.

| Abstract: | AIM: To introduce the application of cornea topography (AstraMax) in screening for subclinical keratoconus before refractive surgery. METHODS: 4382 eyes of 2202 patients were examined in our Excime Treatment Center before refractive keratectomy (PRK) and laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) by means of computer assisted corneal topography during October 2002 to June 2004. RESULTS: Four eyes of 2 patients were found to be subclinical keratoconus (0.09%),8 eyes of 5 patients were suspicious of keratoconus. CONCLUSION: AstraMax is an effective way in the screening of subclinical keratoconus before refractive surgery. |
