整合子系统与志贺菌耐药

摘    要:志贺菌是导致人类腹泻的常见致病菌之一。在抗生素选择压力下,耐药菌株不断出现,并呈多重耐药趋势。具有整合及表达外源耐药基因的整合子系统作为一种新的耐药机制越来越受到人们的关注。最近研究表明,1、2类整合子与志贺菌耐药密切相关。本文就整合子系统结构、分类及与志贺菌耐药相关性进行综述。

Abstract:Shigella species are a common pathogen of diarrhoeal disease.With the selective pressure by indiscriminate use of antibiotics, drug resistance, especially multi-drug resistance,is increasingly serious.Integron system which can mediate autobiotic resistance by capturing and expressing foreign resistant genes, is attracting more and more attention. Recent studies indicated that class 1 and 2 integron is related to multi-resiatance in Shigella. In this article, the structure and type of integrons as well as their correlations with the drug resistance of Shigella is reviewed.
