| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性脑干血肿的诊断、治疗。方法分析27例外伤性脑干血肿的临床特点、治疗经过以及预后。结果27例中19例经过保守治疗，8例经过手术治疗。随访6个月至2年，按GOS分级：良好12例，中残5例，重残3例，植物生存2例，死亡5例。结论手术治疗、高压氧、亚低温、GM－l等综合治疗是目前治疗外伤性脑干血肿的主要方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic stem hemorrhage. Methods Clinical state, treatment and prognosis of 27 patients with stem hemorrhage were analyzed . Results 19 patients were cured with Conservative treatment, 8 patients were cured with surgical treatment. With 6 months to 2 years follow-up, 12 cases achieved a good recovery, 5 moderate disability,3 severe deficits,2 cases were in persistent vegetative state and 5 cases died. Conclusion Synthesis treatments including surgery, hyperbaric oxygen (HBO), hypothermia and medication(GM-I) are the main way to treat stem hemorrhage. |
