高校院外急救培训的实践与探索

目的探讨高校院外急救培训的实践及应用价值。方法对高校院外急救培训的3种模式进行了实践与分析。结果军训拓展模式最具普及价值，周期短、集中、量大、首次通过率高（97．1％），遗忘率也高（65．5％），但可用复训或复核机制弥补；志愿者模式心态积极、热情高、培训灵活，遗忘率最低（48．3％），优秀率达16．5％，但其规模较小，约束性相对较弱（补测率4．6％）；课目协会模式则较为正规化，急救理论知识掌握详尽，操作训练充分，有利于技能的实际运用与拓展。结论3种模式各有优缺点，学校可根据自身情况灵活选择。在模式的实施过程中，培训师资的选择应注重能力的全面性，理论讲授要简明防累赘，救护技能的实际操作练习应力求常态化。

Practice and exploration of pre-hospital emergency training in colleges

Objective To expore its value of pre-hospital emergency training. Methods Practise and analysis on the three models of pre-hospital emergency managements- military training model, volunteer model, and courses association model. Results Of the three models, the military training is the most popular for expanding, carrying features of short cycle, good concentration, big volume, high first through rate （97.1%） yet with high forgetting rate （65.5%）. It can be made up through refresher training or review mechanisms. The volunteer model has a positive attitude, high enthusiasm, flexible training and the lowest forgetting rate（48.3%）, excellent rate reaching 16.5%, however, it is relatively weaker in scale and restraint （supplementary rate 4.6%）. The courses association model is more formalized, detailed knowledge of first aid theory acquired and sufficient operation training good for practice and development. Conclusion Three models carry their respective advantages and disadvantages, and the school may choose based on their own situation. In the implementation, the trainers should carry ability of being comprehensive, technical and practical, with concise lecture, and practical skills.
