| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法及疗效。方法：对26例腺性膀胱炎患者经尿道电切后行THP膀胱灌注。结果：26例中，复发2例，临床症状完全消失18例，好转6例。结论：电切术联合吡柔比星是治疗腺性膀胱炎的一种可行有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the method and result of intravesical instillation of pirarubin (THP) combining with transurethral electrovaporization in the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods:26 patients with cystitis glandularis were treated with intravesical instillation of pirarubin after transurethral resection.Results:26 cases were all followed up.The recurrence occurred only in 2 cases.The clinical symptom of 18 cases disappcared and 6 of 26 cases were alleviated.Conclusion:Combining of the transurethral electrovaporization and pirarubicin intravesical instillation is effective against local recurrence of cystitis glandularis. |
