摘    要:目的探讨(Atlas Fixation,AF)内固定系统手术在治疗脊椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的应用价值。方法收集本院脊椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者15例,采用AF内固定手术治疗,并作术后疗效分析。结果15例患者均获得术后随访.随访时间为9~21个月,平均17个月。按Frankel评分标准:术后A级3例,B级2例,C级2例,D级2例,E级6例。Charles标准:优8例,良2例,一般2例,差3例,总优良率6667%。结论AF系统操作具有损伤小,出血少,操作简单易行,复位固定理想等优点,是解决脊椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的理想的手术方法,尤其适于基层医院推广。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application value of Atlas Fixation system in treatment of vertebral fracture and spinal cord injury. Methods 15 cases of patients with vertebral fractures and spinal cord injury in our hospital were treated with Atlas Fixation system and the postoperative curative effect was analyzed. Results All the 15 patients acquired postoperative followed-up, which ranged from 9 to 21 months with an average of 17 months. Frankel Grading Standard: postoperative A level for 3 cases, B level for 2 cases, C level lbr 2 cases, D level for 2 cases, E level for 6 cases. Charles Standard: excellent for 8 cases, good for 2 cases, ordinary for 2 cases and bad for 3 cases, the excellent and good rate was 66.67%. Conclusion Atlas Fixation system has the advantages of less damage, less bleeding, simple operation and ideal reduction and fixation, which is a perfect operative method for solving vertebral fracture and spinal cord injury, and can be fit for dissemination and application in local hospitals.
