Vogt-小柳-原田综合征的荧光素眼底血管造影分析

目的回顾分析Vogt-小柳-原田综合征（VKHS）荧光素眼底血管造影（FFA）的特点。方法对10例（20只眼）VKHS患者做了详细的眼部检查，并行眼底彩色照相和FFA检查。结果10例（20只眼）VIOLS患者中，急性期患者FFA：造影早期所有患者双眼后极部均表现为视网膜色素上皮水平的多发性细小点状荧光素渗漏，如墨渍样扩散并彼此融合，晚期呈大小不一多湖或单湖样高荧光，视盘荧光素着色。恢复期患者FFA：呈现斑驳状态，后极部弥慢性色素脱失，透见脉络膜荧光，显露脉络膜大血管，色素斑处荧光被遮蔽。结论VKHS具有选择性损害视网膜色素上皮的特点，FFA的特征性表现对该病早期诊断有重要价值。

Study of fundus fluorescein angiography for Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome

Objective Retrospectively to study the characteristic in Vogt- Koyanagi-Harada syndrome （VKHS） using fundus fluorescein angiography （ FFA ）. Methods Ten cases （ twenty eyes ） of VKHS were examined by detailed physical examination of eyes and took color photographs. Then examined with fundus fluorescein angiography. Results In 10 case（20 eyes ） of VKHS,the characteristics of FFA at acute period：multiple fine dot like exudation of retinal pigment epithelium （ RPE ） appeared in two eyes of all patients in the early phase. Cystic of hyperfluorescein like several or single lake was observed in the late phase and the optic disc was stained. The characteristics of FFA at convalescence period：The fundus appeared h~q~erfluorescein because of the RPE atrophy and the fluorescein of choroid was presented, and the pigment spots were appeared hypofluorescein. Conduslon VKHS can selective damaged the RPE. FFA was an important and valuable examination to early diagnose the VKHS.
