以问题为导向的教学方法在临床小讲课中的应用

目的 探讨以问题为导向的教学方法在临床护理小讲课中的应用，以提高儿科临床护理小讲课的教学质量。方法 在小讲课中对54名进入临床实习的护理大专及本科生采用以问题为导向的临床护理教学方法，即学生按讲课要求选择病例，在老师的指导下从中发现问题、分析问题和解决问题，教师对这些问题给予确认，并提出深入化的问题，以达到学习目标。结果 儿科临床护理小讲课的教学质量明显提高。结论 以问题为导向的临床护理教学方法，增强了学生与患者的沟通能力，对提高学生的综合素质具有重要的意义。．

Application of Problem Based Teaching Method in the clinical Nursing Lectures

Objective To improve the quality of clinical pediatric nursing lectures. Methods In clinical nursing lectures problem based teaching method was applied. Student chose clinical cases according to the reguirement of the lecture. Under the guidance of the teacher, the students were asked to discover , analyze and solve the problems. Then the teacher evaluated the problems and answers given by the students and directed the discussion in depth. Results After this change of the conventional method, the quality of clinical pediatric nursing lectures was much improved. Conclusion The problem based teaching method of clinical nursing lectures enhances the communicational abilities between the patients and the students,and increases comprehensive quality of students.
