切开挂线术治疗骨盆直肠间隙脓肿32例临床观察

目的探讨切开挂线术治疗骨盆直肠间隙脓肿的临床应用价值。方法自2008年1月至2009年3月对32例骨盆直肠间隙脓肿患者行切开挂线术。结果 32例均临床治愈,住院l5～26d（平均20d）,其中31例随访1年无复发,1例形成肛瘘,经再次手术治愈。结论切开挂线术治疗骨盆直肠间隙脓肿具有病程短,一次性根治率高等优点,且有效减轻或避免了肛门缺损。

Treatment of 32 patients with supralevator abscess by the incision and thread-ligating therapy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the incision and thread-ligating therapy on treating supralevator abscess. Methods A series of 32 patients with supralevator abscess underwent the incision and thread-ligating therapy from January 2008 to March 2009.Results 32 patients are were cured and discharged in 15-26 days（20 days in average）.Follow-up checkups in the 31 patients for 1 year revealed local recurrence.And 1 patient was lead to fistula and it was cured with the operation again.Conclusion The incision and thread-ligating therapy on treating supralevator abscess have an advantage in the shorter hospital stays,the better cure rates and the avoiding defect after operation.
