肩胛上神经卡压综合征的电生理诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨肩胛上神经卡压综合征电生理诊断方法。方法:对10例肩胛上神经卡压综合征的病人应用肌电图(EMG)观察自发电位,检测肩胛上神经支配肌冈上肌、冈下肌;腋神经支配肌三角肌;肩胛背神经支配肌提肩胛肌的复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP),观察指标为潜伏期、波幅的变化。结果:10例病人冈上肌均见自发电位,募集反应减弱,CMAP潜伏期延长,波幅降低,且波形离散。结论:电生理是诊断和鉴别诊断肩胛上神经卡压综合征的重要辅助手段。

The electrophysiologic diagnosis in patients with suprascapular nerve entrapment sydrome

Abstract:Objective:To explore the electrophysiological diagnostic characteristics of suprascapular nerve entrapment in electromyologram (EMG). Methods: Ten patients with suprascapular nerve entrapment were performed with electrophysiologic examination to determined the EP diagnostic parameters as follow: Spontaneous potential in EMG;Changes of latency, amplitude and compound muscle action potential (CMAP) in supraspinous and infraspinous muscles innervated by nerve suprascapularis, deltoid innervated by nerve axillaris and levator scapular muscle innervated by nerve dorsahs scapulae. Results: Spontaneous electric potential was found in all ten patients with suprascapular nerve entrapment. Weakened recruiting response, prolonged latency, separated waveform and declined amplitude in EMG were also found in all investigated patients. Conclusion: Electrophysiologic examination can be used as an important adjunctive means in the diagnosis of patients with suprascapular nerve entrapment.
