摘    要:目的建立一种高效液相色谱法测定苦参素中有关物质的方法。方法采用C18柱,流动相0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠-乙腈-甲醇-高氯酸钠(910∶50∶10∶20)。检测波长220nm。柱温(40±1)℃。结果线性范围0.02~0.8μg,r=0.9995。结论该法分离效果好,准确可行。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the determination methods of relatedsubstances in Kushensu with HPLC. Methods: Using C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate-acelonitrile-methanol-sodium perchlorate (910∶50∶10∶20). The UV detection wavelength was 220 nm. Temperature: (40±1)℃. Result: The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.02~0.8 μg of oxymatrine, γ=0.999 5. Conclusion: The method is accurate、 reliable and satisfactory in the isolating effect.
