高压氧预处理对宫内缺血缺氧大鼠脑组织及血浆神经肽Y含量的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)预处理对宫内缺血缺氧大鼠脑组织及血浆神经肽Y含量的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定 2 5例正常胎鼠 (对照组 )、2 7例宫内缺血缺氧胎鼠 (缺血缺氧组 )及 1 9例经高压氧预处理宫内缺血缺氧胎鼠 (HBO组 )中枢及外周血神经肽Y的含量。结果 :HBO组胎鼠脑及外周血神经肽Y的含量分别为 52 .64±1 2 .1 6pg/mg及 1 99.51± 49.36ng/L ,缺血缺氧组胎鼠脑及外周血神经肽Y的含量分别为87.2 5± 2 3.63pg/mg及 2 51 .53±55 .2 8ng/L ,对照组胎鼠神经肽Y含量为 48.63± 1 0 .72pg/mg及 1 4 7.35± 31 .49ng/L ;与对照组相比 ,缺血缺氧组胎鼠中枢及外周神经肽Y含量均显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;HBO组神经肽Y含量显著低于缺血缺氧组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :神经肽Y与围生期缺血缺氧的发生密切相关 ,HBO预处理具有改善宫内缺血缺氧的作用 ,其机理可能与抑制神经肽Y的生成有关

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of pretreatment with hyperbaric oxygen on levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY) in fetal rats with intrauterine hypoxia and ischemia.Methods:NPY was measured by radioimmunoassay.Animal model of perinatal ischemic-hypoxic was set up by ligat ing uterine vessel.All the rats were delivered by cesarean section.Results:The levels of NPY in brain tissues and plasma in hypo xia ischemia group were 87.25±23.63pg/mg and 251.53±55.28ng/L,respectivel y.In hyperbaric oxygen group,it were 52.64±12.16pg/mg and 199.51±49.36ng/L res pectively,in control group,the levels of NPY were 48.63±10.72pg/mg and 147.35 ±31.49ng/L.The levels of NPY in hypoxia ischemia group were significantly highe r than that in the control group(P<0.01).Levels of NPY in HBO g roup was significantly lower than that in hypoxia ischemia group (P<0.05).Conclusions:The perinatal hypoxia and ischemia is associated with NPY level.The changes of NPY levels may play an important role in the pathophysiological changes in perinatal hopoxia and ischemia.HBO pretrea tment can effectively inhibit the high level of NPY in pu p rat brain tissues and plasma after hypoxia-ischemia in uterus.
