颈痛宁主要药效学试验研究(一)

为了探明颈痛宁（川芎，桂枝，白芍，葛根等组成）对无菌性炎症的治疗作用及其毒性作用，对无菌性炎症试验动物模型（大鼠棉球植入法，大鼠足跖浮肿法，小鼠耳肿胀法）设置颈痛宁，阿斯匹林，醛酸泼濯松，生理盐水等不同对照组，结果显示：颈痛宁对大鼠颈部棉球肉牙中有明显抑制作用，对蛋清致大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用，用药后2h起效，持续4h以上，对二甲苯引起小鼠扭体次数的影响与生理盐水比较有明显差异，实验结果表有，颈痛宁对软组织无菌性炎症模型有明显的治疗作用。并有一定的止痛作用，在治疗软组损伤退变引发的颈椎病方面具有进一步研究与开发的价值。

Experimental Study of JINGTONGLING on Main Pharmacodynamics

To study JINGTONGLING(JTL) on the pharmacodynamics and toxicology to aseptic inflammatory,the animal models of aseptic inflammatory were established and classified into 4 groups:JTL group(A),aspirin group(B),prednisone acetate group(C) and physiological saline group(D).The results showed that JTL had obvious inhibitive effects to neck granuloma and to swelling foot resulted from egg white,and it had obvious detumescence effects to swelling ears resulted from dlimethylbenzene.It would act on therapeutic effects after being treated 2 hours and last for 4 hours.There were no obvious differences among the effects to mouse pain threshold resulted from photoheat compared A with B and D.There has significantly different effects to the number of torsion caused by pain resulted from acetic acid.It indicates that JTL has obvious therapeutic effects to soft tissue models of aseptic inflammatory and some certain acesodyne effects.It is valuble of further research and development in the aspects of cervical spondylosis resulted from soft tissue injuries.
