米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在中期引产应用的临床效果

目的:探讨不同剂量米非司酮(150、200mg)配伍米索前列醇在孕13～20周引产中的排胎时间、胎盘胎膜残留率。方法:2006年6月～2007年12月要求引产的健康孕妇80例,随机分为两组,A组(40例)予米非司酮75mg口服,B组(40例)予米非司酮100mg口服,两组均连服2d后,第3天服米素前列醇600μg。结果:米非司酮200mg配伍米索前列醇排胎时间明显短于米非司酮150mg配伍米索前列醇,胎盘胎膜残留率也明显降低,清宫例数明显减少,大大减轻了患者痛苦。结论:米非司酮200mg比150mg配伍米索前列醇用于中孕引产更有效。

Combined application of mifepristone and misoprostol in intermediate induced labor

Objective. To investigate the combined application of mifepristone and misoprostol in intermediate induced labor. Methods： Compared the effect of combined application with 150 mg mifepristone and misoprostol, and with 200 mg mifepristone and misoprostol on delivery time and residual rate of fetal membranes in pregnancy women with 13-20 weeks pregnancy. Results. The time was obviously shortened and the residual rate decreased significantly as using 200 mg mifepristone and misoprostol. And there were less pregnancy with uterine curettage with 200 mg mifepristone and misoprostol. Conclusion： Combined application of 200 mg mifepristone and misoprostol is more effective on intermediate induced labor.
