| 摘 要： | 目的：改进清咽丸含量测定中供试品溶液的提取方法。方法：采用GC法，以聚乙二醇（PEG-20M）为固定液的弹性石英毛细管柱，柱温120℃。提取方法：取供试品置分液漏斗中加水适量振摇使成混悬状，再加乙酸乙酯提取。结果：本提取方法测定冰片的平均回收率为98．08％（n=6），RSD=1．35％。结论：本方法可用于清咽丸（大蜜丸）的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To improve the extraction method of sample solution in Determination of Qingyan Pills. Methods： The GC system consisted of elastic capillary chromatographic column, PEG-20M as stationary liquid, Column temperature is 120 ℃. Extraction method ： to put sample and sufficient water into separating funnel and shake it into suspemtopm. And then using acetic ether to extract. Result： The result showed that the average recovery and RSD were 98.08% （n =6） and 1.35% ,respectively. Conclusion： The method can be used to determination of Borneolum Syntheticum in Qingyan Pills （big candied Pills）. |
