| 摘 要： | 目的评价氯诺昔康在外科微创手术术后镇痛的有效性和安全性。方法对氯诺昔康组(L组)和芬太尼组(F组)患者分别连续泵注氯诺昔康和芬太尼,观察48 h镇痛药物用量、镇痛效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 L组术后2、4、8、12、24、48 h的VAS评分略低于F组。PC IA期间恶心、呕吐、头晕、嗜睡发生率F组显著高于L组(P<0.05)。结论氯诺昔康用于腹腔镜手术术后PC IA镇痛效果接近芬太尼,不良反应发生率低,氯诺昔康是普通外科腹腔镜手术后PC IA治疗的一种安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effciency and safety of the Lornoxicam and Fentanyl for anesthesia in patients after laparoscopic surgery operation Methods The cases were divided into 2 groups:Lornoxicam group(group L)and Fentanyl group(group F).Respectively continous input Lornoxicam group(group L)and Fentanyl group(group F).To investigate the efficacy of anesthesia、dosage and adverse reaction in 48h.The drug and the adverse reactions were recorded at 2h、4h,8h,12h、24h、48h.Results There was no significant difference at each time point between group L and group F about VAS.The nausea、vomiting and vertigo were significantly lower in group L than in group F(P<0.05).Conclusion There is similar effective of Lornoxicam and Fentanyl for anesthesia in patients after laparoscopic general surgery.The Lornoxicam is Safe and effective in PCIA. |
