纳洛酮、复方麝香注射液治疗脑中风52例临床治疗分析

目的分析纳洛酮、复方麝香注射液治疗脑中风的临床治疗效果。方法对我院2008年4月至2011年4月间收治的104例非创伤性治疗的昏迷脑中风患者进行平均随机分组,实验组52例,采用常规疗法配合纳洛酮及复方麝香注射液治疗,对照组52例,仅采用常规疗法治疗护理。疗程结束后对两组患者进行疗效评价与对比观察。结果实验组最短清醒时间为23h,约为1d,最长清醒时间为169h,约为7d;对照组最短清醒时间为49h,约为2d,最长清醒时间为335h,约为14d。实验组平均清醒时间约为5d,对照组约为7d,实验组平均清醒时间优于对照组,两组数据对比有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论对于脑中风昏迷患者,采用常规治疗配合纳洛酮、复方麝香注射液静脉注射,能有效缩短其昏迷时间,避免脑部严重损伤,是临床治疗脑中风的可靠药物。

Clinical Analysis on the Treatment of Cerebral Apoplexy by Naloxone and Compound Musk Injection in 52 Cases

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of naloxone and compound musk injection in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy.Methods 104 cases of cerebral apoplexy with nontraumatic repair treatment in our hospital from April 2008 to April 2011 were randomly divided into the experimental group（52 cases） and the control group（52 cases）.The experimental group received the conventional therapy combined with naloxone and compound musk injection,while the control group reveived conventional therapy alone.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared at the end of treatment.Results The shortest and longest awake time was 23 h（about 1 d） and 169 h（about 7 d） in the experimental group respectively,The shortest and longest awake time was 49 h（about 2 d） and 335 h（about 14 d） in the control group respectively.The average awake time was 5 d in the experimental group and 7 d in the control group.The experimental group was superior to the control group in the average awake time,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions For patients with cerebral apoplexy,conventional therapy combined with naloxone and compound musk injection can shorten the coma time,avoid serious brain damage.Naloxone and compound musk injection are reliable drugs in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy.
