两种结膜囊冲洗方法在白内障摘除手术患者中的应用

目的探讨两种结膜囊冲洗方法在白内障摘除手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择行白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术患者216例,随机将患者分为A和B两组,每组各108例,A组用0.9%氯化钠冲洗眼结膜囊,B组用0.9%氯化钠和0.05%安尔碘Ⅲ型冲洗眼结膜囊。比较两组患者结膜囊细菌培养阳性率、结膜囊充血情况、术后并发症和视力恢复情况。结果冲洗后B组患者结膜囊细菌培养阳性率和术后并发症发生率均低于A组,视力恢复情况优于A组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用0.9%氯化钠和0.05%的安尔碘Ⅲ稀释剂进行结膜囊冲洗对抑制眼结膜囊细菌生长,提高术后眼视力恢复和减少并发症发生具有积极的意义。

Application of two conjunctival sac washing method in Cataract extraction

Objective To explore the effects of two conjunctival sac washing on cataract extraction. Methods 216 patients undergoing cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into two groups equally： group A received irrigation with 0.9% sodium chloride on conjunctiva, and group B using 0.9% sodium chloride plus 0.05% Anerdian m on the conjunctiva. After irrigation, we collected the conjunctival sac specimens and sent them for bacterial culture, compared the conjunctiva of the congestion situation, postoperative complications and visual recovery. Result The positive rate of conjunctival sac of bacterial culture in group B after irrigation was lower than that of group A, and the visual acuity was better than that of group A （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion 0.9% sodium chloride plus 0.05% Anerdian III used for irrigation of conjunctiva is of great value for inhibition of bacterial growth, recovery of postoperative visual acuity and reduction of complications.
