氨酚羟考酮的不同给药剂量对电视辅助胸腔镜术后镇痛效果分析

目的探讨氨酚羟考酮的不同给药剂量对电视辅助胸腔镜术后镇痛效果。方法对我院收治的90例患者随机均分为A组、B组以及C组,对三组患者分别采用10mg、20mg以及30mg的氨酚羟考酮进行镇痛。结果 B组以及C组患者在VAS评分、BCS评分以及Ramsay评分比较中均优于A组,而B组与C组比较无统计学差异性。结论 10mg的氨酚羟考酮对电视辅助胸腔镜术后镇痛具有良好的效果,而且再增加氨酚羟考酮的剂量不能明显改善镇痛效果。

Analysis on the Postoperative Analgesic Effect of Oxycodone-acetaminophen at Different Doses after Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of oxycodone-acetaminophen at different doses on the video-assisted thoracoscopy postoperative analgesia.Methods 90 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Patients in three groups were received the oxycodone-acetaminophen at 10 mg,20 mg and 30mg respectively for analgesia.Results The VAS score,BCS score and Ramsay score in group B and group C were better than those in group A,while no statistical differences was found between group B and group C.Conclusions Oxycodone-acetaminophen at the dose of 10 mg has a good effect on the video-assisted thoracoscopy postoperative analgesia.With the dosage increase,the analgesia effect cannot be improved obviously.
