经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石治疗肾结石患者围术期的护理

目的 总结经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石治疗肾结石患者围术期的护理要点.方法 2009年7月-2011年6月对87例肾结石患者实施经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术,并配合做好围术期护理工作.结果 87例患者手术顺利,手术时间(60.1±14.8)min;术中出血量(40.0±33.6)mL；术后下床活动时间(26.0±4.0)h；术后住院时间(8.5±2.8)d,结石清除率为95.3％.术后3例患者发生出血,2例患者发生感染,2例患者发生双J管移位,2例患者出现膀胱刺激征.结论 经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石治疗肾结石具有手术安全、创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点.做好手术前后护理是经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术顺利进行和促进术后恢复的重要措施.

Perioperative nursing care of patients with renal calculi treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic ballistic and ultrasonic lithotripsy

Objective To summarize the main points at nursing perioperatively patients with renal calculi treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic ballistic and ultrasonic lithotripsy. Methods 87 patients with renal calculi were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic ballistic and ultrasonic lithotripsy from July 2009 to June 2011. The perioperative care was given to them. Results 87 patients＇ operations were performed smoothly. The operation time was （60.1 ± 14.8） min, the intranperative blood loss was （40.0 ± 33.6） mL, the postoperative ambulation time was （26.0 ± 4.0） h and the hospital stay was （8.5 ± 2.8） d. 3 cases were complicated with hemorrhage, 2 with infection, 2 with double J tube shill and 2 with irritative symptoms of bladder. Conclusions The percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic ballistic and ultrasonic lithotripsy was a surgery with the merits of safety, lower operative damage, quick recovery and short hospital stay. The perioperative nursing can reduce complications if done well and it is the important measure for successful operation and postoperative recovery.
