股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折漏诊原因分析及防范措施

目的探讨股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折漏诊原因及防范措施。方法回顾分析我科2007年1月至2011年12月收治和漏诊的4例股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料及治疗对策,并对漏诊原因进行分析。结果 4例漏诊患者经治疗后均骨性愈合,疗效满意。结论股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折漏诊患者由于其特殊原因而容易漏诊,应加强防范措施,早期发现并经早期正确治疗后疗效满意。

Reason Analysis and Protective Measures of Missed Diagnosis for Ipsilateral Fractures of the Femoral Neck and Shaft

Objective To explore the reasons and protective measures of misdiagnosis for ipsilateral fractures of the femoral neck and shaft. Methods 4 cases of misdiagnosis for ipsilateral fractures of the femoral neck and shaft from January 2007 to December 2011 were analyzed respectively for the clinical data, treatment countermeasure and reasons of misdiagnosis. Results All the patients with misdiagnosis recovered after proper treatment. Conclusions Ipsilateral fractures of the femoral neck and shaft are easy to be misdiagnosed due to some special reasons. Preventive measures should be taken for early diagnosis and treatment to get good outcome.
