正畸治疗中性别因素对牙根吸收影响的分析

目的分析不同性别在正畸治疗中对牙根吸收的影响。方法选择至少经过12个月固定正畸治疗,矫治前后有清晰的全口曲面断层片的病例72例,女40例、男32例,测量不同性别组治疗前后上颌切牙的牙根长度变化。结果不同性别组上颌切牙正畸治疗前后牙根吸收差别无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论正畸治疗中性别因素不是影响牙根吸收的重要因素。

Influence of Gender Factors on Root Resorption during Orthodontic Treatment

Objective To analyze the impact of different gender factors on root resorption during orthodontic treatment. Methods 72 cases of fixed orthodontic treatment for 12 months at least with clear panoramic radiographs before and after correction were selected in the study, including 40 females and 32 males. The changes of upper incisors root before and after treatment were measured. Results The variations of root resorption had no significant statistical difference before and after treatment between different gender groups for maxillary anterior teeth （P 0.05）. Conclusions Gender factor is not the major factor which influences root resorption during orthodontic treatment.
