急性缺血性卒中突出静脉征影响因素的研究现状

突出静脉征（PVS）是指磁敏感加权成像（SWI）上患侧脑静脉低信号较对侧增多、增粗的现象,可用于评估急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）侧支循环状态、缺血半暗带以及神经功能预后等。脑侧支循环、动脉狭窄程度、梗死体积及其他相关因素能够改变AIS病变及其周围脑组织氧含量及氧摄取量,引起局部血管脱氧血红蛋白含量变化,从而影响SWI序列上PVS的显示。对影响SWI序列上PVS显示的因素,包括发病至MR检查时间、病变体积、责任动脉病变、侧支循环、灌注参数、临床因素、MR场强等予以综述。

Factors influencing prominent venous sign in acute ischemic stroke:current study status

Prominent venous sign(PVS)is defined as the phenomenon that the cerebral venous vessels were increased and enlarged on the affected side on susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)compared to the contralateral cerebral vessels.The PVS is helpful to assess the collateral circulation,to predict the ischemic penumbra,and to evaluate the functional outcome of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).The collateral circulation,degree or location of the artery stenosis,infarct volume and other factors may affect the oxygen content and oxygen extraction fraction of the ischemic and surrounding tissues,leading to local deoxyhemoglobin content change,thereby affecting the presentation of PVS on SWI.The article mainly reviewed the factors that could influence PVS on SWI,including the time from ictus to MR imaging,lesion volume,culprit artery,collateral status,perfusion parameters,clinical variables,and the field strength of MR equipment.
