| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究胰岛素样生长因子 1受体 (IGF 1R)在植入前胚胎的表达及其生物学意义。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法 ,检测人植入前胚胎细胞IGF 1R的表达情况。结果 :不同阶段的植入前胚胎细胞均有IGF 1R表达 ,各表达程度无明显差异。结论 :IGF 1R在植入前胚胎中均有表达 ,提示IGF 1R可结合IGF 2、IGF 1,参与人植入前胚胎的生长、发育和着床。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-IR) in human preimplantation embryos and to explore the effects of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) on human embryos,growth and development.Methods: Detect the expression of IGF-1R in human preimplantation embryos with immunohitochemical assay:Results: There was IGF-1R expression in human preimplantation embryos from 2-cell to 8-cell stage,and had no obvious variation in intensity of staining from whole stages embryos.Conclusion: The expression of IGF-1R was presented in different stages of human preimplantation embryos,IGF may act as an important role in human embryos growth and development. |
