北京城乡社区STD/AIDS健康教育需求调研评估

目的 :了解社区群体对STD/AIDS知识的认知程度及对该方面知识的需求和需求方式。方法 :采用整群抽样 ,由医务人员对被调研群体进行一对一填写问卷的方法对城乡 5个社区 60 11例抽样群体进行了问卷调查。结果 :城乡被调研群体对STD/AIDS知晓率处于较低水平 ,2 5岁以下群体知晓率最低。城乡群体对STD/AIDS知识的需求迫切。城区 87 74%、乡镇75 82 %的群体希望了解STD/AIDS相关知识 ,更希望家人和社会群体了解该方面的知识。结论 :加强群体的STD/AIDS知识宣传教育 ,加大 2 5岁以下群体的教育力度势在必行。

Survey of the requirements for health education on STD/AIDS in rural and urban communities of Beijing

Objective:To investigate the awareness rate of the knowledge for STD/AIDS among the residents in communities, and in what way they want to gain this kind of knowledge. Methods:Researchers made the interviewees fill in the questionnaires, 6 011 samples of in 5 urban and rural communities were collected.Results:Among the interviewees, the awareness rate about STD/AIDS is at a low level.The awareness rate of group younger than 25 years is at the lowest. Meanwhile, 87.74% urban residents, 75.82% rural residents are eager to get knowledge about STD/AIDS and hope themselves, their family members and the whole society know something about STD/AIDS. Conclusion:The knowledge of STD/AIDS should be spread to the whole society effeceively, especially to those younger than 25 years.
