Animal models of fracture of femoral neck and avascular necrosis of femoral head ware made in rabbits.The healing of the fracture depands on the blood supply of distal end, whether healing occurs or not has direct influence on the bone repair of the necrosis of the femoral head.The increase of density in Xrag after necrosis of femoral head signifies bone repair,its decrease signifies absorption and destruction. The histological basis of the collapse of the femoral head is analyzed.Increase of the blood snpply and decrease of loading of the femoral head are emphasized in clinical treatment. |
