病毒性脑炎患儿的心电图变化及其临床意义

目的研究探讨病毒性脑炎时患儿心电图的变化及其临床意义。方法对32例住院的病毒性脑炎患儿给予心电图检查,将病情严重伴有意识障碍的作为观察组(7例),将病情较轻无意识障碍的作为对照组(25例),观察他们的心电图变化。结果①在32例患儿中,心电图出现变化的有17例,异常率占53%(17/32);②观察组患儿均有不同程度的心电图变化,异常率100%,其中4例出现了较严重的心律失常,异常率57%(4/7),另外3例也有轻度心律失常;③对照组有40%(10/25)出现轻度心律失常,其他正常,未见有严重心律失常患儿;④观察组与对照组患儿心电图异常率比较两组有显著差异,P<0·05(χ2=4·08)。结论病毒性脑炎患儿常有心电图改变,提示有心肌损害,并且病情越重心肌损害越明显。

Clinical Significance of ECG Change of Viral Encephalitis of Children

Objective To discuss the ECG change and its significance of children viral encephalitis. Methods 32 cases of such patient were detected with ECG. They were divided into conscious disturbance group (7 cases) and consciousness group as control (25 cases). Results There was ECG change in 17 cases with abnormality rate of 53% in all cases. The varied changes of ECG in observed group were in all cases with 4 cases severe abnormality rate of 57% but only 40% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion The ECG change was common in viral encephalitis in children that mentioned myocardial injury with more severe situation and more injury.
