不典型异位妊娠腹腔镜早期诊治的应用价值

目的探讨不典型异位妊娠电视腹腔镜下早期诊断及治疗的应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院53例腹腔镜下早期诊断不典型异位妊娠的资料。结果48例行手术治疗(均病理证实),手术方式根据患者情况采取输卵管大部切除、绝育术及输卵管开窗术,术前诊断符合率90.6%(48/53),手术成功率100%。结论对早期不典型异位妊娠的诊断及治疗应首选腹腔镜。

Value of laparoscope diagnosis and treatment of atypical ectopic pregnancy in early stage

[Objective] To investigate the value of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment for atypical ectopic pregnancy in early stage. [Methods] The records of the early stage ectopic pregnancy women between 2002 and 2004 were retrospectively reviewed. Fifty-three patients were early diagnosed and treated in different ways by laparoscopic surgery. [Results] Forty-eight cases among fifty-three patients were confirmed after the surgery by pathology. The operational type were partial Salpingectomy, Salpingostomy and Sterilization of the tubes respectively. All Procedures were successfully completed by laparoscopy. The diagnosis accuracy rate before the surgery was 90.6%(48/53). [Conclusions] The laparoscopic surgery can be chosen as the first method in the treatment of atypical ectopic pregnancy.
