| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术前后血糖水平对糖尿病患者白内障摘出术后视力的影响。方法78例（94眼）糖尿病白内障行晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入手术。监测术前及术后血糖水平，分析其对术后视力的影响。结果术前血糖水平对术后远期视力恢复无影响，术后血糖对早期视力恢复有影响，远期无明确影响。结论糖尿病患者术前血糖水平对术后远期视力恢复无影响，术后血糖对早期视力恢复有影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of blood glucose level on postoperative vision in diabetic cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 78 cases （94 eyes） with diabetic cataract. Statistics was used to analyse the postoperative visions with their blood glucose of preoperation and postoperation. Results There were no significant correlation with blood sugar of preoperation but early postoperative vision were related with the postoperative blood sugar. Conclusion There were no significant correlation with blood sugar of preoperation but the early postoperative vision were related with the postoperative blood sugar. |
