| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法132例（148眼）慢性泪囊炎采用改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗，观察术后泪道通畅情况。结果术后随访1年，治愈137眼，治愈率为92．57％，好转9眼（6．08％），无效2眼（1．35％）。结论改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of modified dacryocystorhinostomy on thronic dacryocystitis. Methods One hundred and thirty two eases（ 148 eyes） were treated with modified dacryocvstorhimostomy. All cases were followed up more than one year. Results After one-year follow-up, the cure rate was 92. 57% （137 eyes）, nine eyes （6. 08% ） was improved. Only 2 eyes （ 1.35% ） had no efrect. Conclusions The modified dacryocystorhimosiomv is an effective methods for chronic dacryocystitis. |
