| 摘 要： | 目的探讨艾灸配合湿润烧伤膏在压疮中的治疗效果。方法将2007年1月~2010年6月在我科住院的80例(93处)Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为2组,观察组40例(44处),创面处在使用艾条行灸后,涂以湿润烧伤膏,对照组40例(49处),采用传统的庆大霉素湿敷法治疗。2组综合治疗及护理相同。观察并记录2组治疗效果和治愈时间,同时采用压疮愈合量表(PUSH)进行评估和监测。结果观察组的总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(75.51%),创面治愈时间明显短于对照组,2组治疗后PUSH评分均较治疗前降低,观察组降低更为明显,观察组治疗后PUSH评分较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸配合湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮加之精心的护理配合,疗效显著,可促进创面愈合,为压疮提供了一个较为理想的疗法,值得临床推广。 |
