| 摘 要： | 本文报道早期服用茵陈汤加减， 在降低新生儿血清胆红素浓度， 从而降低新生儿高胆红素血症的发生率上取得较好疗效。通过３００ 例临床对照， 统计学处理有显著差异。茵陈汤加减有清热化湿、利胆退黄之功效， 能加速新生儿胆红素代谢， 降低血清胆红素水平， 对新生儿高胆红素血症有较好的预防作用

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of reducing the concentration of neonatal serum bilirubin (SB). Methods:300 patients were divided into two groups. 150 patients in the treated group were treated with Yinchen Tang and the other 150 patients in the control group had no treat. The changes of SB were observed. Results: The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.002). Conclusion: YinChen Tang can improve the metabolism of SB. And it can prevent the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. |
