幽门螺杆菌与胃脘痛中医分型的关系

对210例胃脘痛的不同中医证型与幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染及胃粘膜的组织病理变化进行了观察,结果表明:中性白细胞浸润及渗出坏死越明显,HP阳性率越高。脾胃湿热型HP阳性率(87.14%)明显高于肝胃不和型(42.85%)及胃阴亏虚型(54.05%)。脾胃湿热型61.43%表现为慢性活动性胃炎,肝胃不和型64.29%表现为浅表性胃炎,脾胃虚寒型60.78%表现为消化性溃疡。提示HP感染继而引起的胃粘膜组织病理改变与中医分型有一定关系。有利于中西医结合的诊断和防治

Relationship of Helicobactor pyliori and traditional Chinese medical typing of epigastralgia

cases of epigastralgia were classified according to criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and observed for Helicobactor pylori(HP) infection and histopathologic changes of the gastric mucosa. It was found that the more obvious the neutrophil infiltration, exudation and necrosis were , the higher was the HP positive rate, This rate was higher in the "damp heat in spleen and stomach”thpe (87.14%) than in the "incoordination between liver and stomach”type (42.86%) or the "weakness of spleen and stomach”type (54.85%). It was noted that 61.43% among the cases of the first type manifested chronic active gastritis, 64.29% of the second type showed superficial gastritis, and 60.78% of the third type had peptic ulcer. These findings suggest that the traditional Chinese medical typing is related to the HP infection and consequent histopathologic changes of the gastric mucosa. The study will facilitate the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
