广西机关干部脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖、血压及体重指数分析

目的了解广西机关干部脂肪肝患病情况及与血脂、血糖、血压、体重指数的关系,为控制和预防心脑血管疾病提供理论依据。方法对广西58家机关事业单位2337名（男1395人,女942人）23～89岁干部职工和离退休人员测量身高、体重、血压、心电图、B超、血尿酸、血脂、血糖。根据测量结果将研究对象分为脂肪肝组（957例）和非脂肪肝组（1380例）,分别进行统计比较。结果 （1）检出脂肪肝957例,占调查人数40.9%。脂肪肝组中男性（66.0%）多于女性（34.0%）;（2）脂肪肝组血尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖和体重指数高于非脂肪肝组（P〈0.05）;（3）脂肪肝合并高血压患病人数明显高于非脂肪肝组（P〈0.05）;（4）脂肪肝组体重指数（BMI）≥24kg/m2782人,占81.7%,明显高于非脂肪肝组（P〈0.05）。结论脂肪肝检出率较高,脂肪肝患者多伴有高血脂、高血压、高血糖和高尿酸。

Analysis of blood lipid,glucose,pressure and Body Mass Index of fatty liver patients of government functionary of GuangXi

Objective To observe the prevalence of fatty liver in government functionary of GuangXi,and explore the relationships between fatty liver and blood lipid,glucose,pressure and body mass index（BMI）.Methods A population of 2337（1395 males,942 females;age from 23-89） of 58 government units were recruited,then their height,weight,blood pressure,electrocardiogram,B ultrasound,serum uric acid,blood lipid and glucose were measured.All cases were divided into two groups named as fatty liver group（957cases） and non-fatty liver group（1380cases） according to the results of measurement.Results （1）957 cases of fatty liver were found,taking up 40.9% of the total.There are more males（66.0%） then females（34.0%） in the fatty liver group;（2）The concentration of blood Uric acid,total cholesterol,triacylglyceride,fasting blood-glucose and BMI of fatty liver group are higher then non-fatty liver group（P0.05）;（3）The cases of fatty liver accompanied with hypertension are more then non-fatty liver group （P0.05）; （4）There are 782 cases,81.7% of the fatty liver group,whose BMI≥24kg/m2,obviously higher then the non-fatty group（P0.05）.Conclusion The relevance ratio of fatty liver is comparatively high,fatty liver is almost accompany with high lipid,hypertension,hyperglycemia and uricemia.
