摘    要:
目的 探讨控制嗜人按蚊分布区间日疟发病率的有效措施。方法 选择3个乡9个村为观察点,实施查治传染源和预防服药及药物浸泡蚊帐等综合防制措施。采用病原检查、血清抗体检测和蚊媒监测等方法观察控制效果。结果 疟疾年发病率从最高年1994年的18.98/万降至2002年的0;发热病人疟原虫血检阳性率从最高年1994年的1.30%降至2002年的0;小学生带虫率1996~1998年连续3年为0;IFA阳性率呈逐年下降趋势;嗜人按蚊占按蚊构成比从最高年份的78.57%降至2002年的0。结论综合措施可有效控制间日疟流行。

Abstract:
Objective To study the rule of vivix malaria prevalence and the control effect of comprehensive measures in An.anthropophagus distribution area of Yangzhou City from 1992 to 2002. Methods 9 villages of 3 townships were selected as demonstration areas and comprehensive control measures including case identification and treatment, prophylaxis and bed net impregnated with insecticide etc. were carried out. The control effects were evaluated by parasite examination, antibodies detection and vector surveillance etc. Results The annual malaria incidence decreased from 18.98/10000 in 1994 to 0 in 2002,the parasite rate among fever cases decreased from 1.30% in 1994 to 0 in 2002, the parasite rate of primary school students reached 0 from 1996~1998 for successive 3 years, the positive rate of IFA revealed decline trend year by year, and the constitutional proportion of An.anthropophagus in anophelines dropped from 32.98%~78.57% in 1996~1998 to 0 in 1999~2002. Conclusion The results showed that the vivix malaria could be effectively controlled by comprehensive measures.
