白细胞介素-18与急性冠脉综合征的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 评估探讨白细胞介素-18与急性冠状动脉综合征的相关性.方法 研究对象为稳定型心绞痛患者(CCS组,36例)、急性冠脉综合征患者(ACS组)(共39例,3个亚组各13例)、正常健康成年人(对照组,38例),ACS组根据冠状动脉造影确定的病变分支数又分为三组累及单支的ACS 1组,累及双支的ACS 2组,累及三支及以上的ACS 3组],共39例,各13例.采用酶联免疫吸附试验技术测定IL-18,并分析其与急性冠脉综合征患者的相关性.结果 与对照组比较,较高的血清IL-18水平出现在ACS 3组(P〈0.01),其次依次分别为ACS 2组(P〈0.01)和ACS 1组(P〈0.05),CCS组患者的血清IL-18水平与对照组相比无统计学差异(P〉0.05).结论 IL-18可以作为急性冠脉综合征的观察指标,并且与病变分支数呈正性相关.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between plasma level of interleukin - 18 ( IL - 18 ) with development of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods A total of 75 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into stable angina pectoris (CCS) group (n = 36), acute coronary artery syndrome ( ACS1 ) group ( n = 13 ), ACS2 group ( n = 13 ), ACS3 group ( n = 13 ) and normal control group ( n = 38 ). ACS group included 39 patients with acute coronary artery syndrome ( D - ACS ), and they were divided into 3 groups according to number of identified lesions in branches of coronary angiography, 13 cases in each group respectively; in addition 38 healthy persons were randomly allocated in normal control group. By using ELISA technique for determination of interleukin -18 (IL -18) , and its relationship with D -ACS had been analyzed. Results Compared with control group, serum level of IL - 18 in group ACS3 was higher ( P 〈 0.01 ), followed by ACS2 group ( P 〈 0.01 ) and group ACS1 ( P 〈0.05 ), and serum level of IL - 18 in patients of CCS group compared with that of control group showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The level of IL - 18 can be applied for evaluation of the severity of coronary heart disease and it can be used as a serum marker for prediction of the occurrence of ACS.
