| 摘 要： | 本文报告乳腺积乳囊肿43例。讨论了发病原因及病理,特别提出局部肿块波动感试验阳性,A超检查显示液平段,试穿抽出乳汁,对诊断有肯定价值;治疗以手术切除为主,仅有7例穿刺抽吸乳汁得以治愈。

| Abstract: | Forty-three cases of cyst of retention juice of mammary gland were reported, with range of age from 24 to 35. Etiology and pathology are discussed. 37 patients were accurately diagnosed before operation, while the remaining 6 cases were misdiagnosed. It should be pointed out that wave sense test of local mass was positive, examination of A-ultrasound wave showed smooth level of fluid, test puncture obstained juice of mamary gland, which is valuable for diagnosis. Cyst excision was the main method. Only 7 patients were cured by excretion of juice of mammary gland through puncture. |
