| 摘 要： | 目的研究肺鳞癌组织中脆性组胺酸三联体 (FHIT)基因的表达及其与临床病理生理的关系.方法应用免疫组织化学的方法检测 33例肺鳞癌组织中 FHIT基因的表达,并分析这种表达与年龄、性别、吸烟、肿瘤分期和分化程度的关系.结论 FHIT表达缺失是肺鳞癌的常见事件,而且与吸烟明显相关.通过检测 FHIT蛋白可能有助于肺癌的诊断. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study FHITgene expression in lung squamous carcinoma tissue and its relation with clinic pathophysiology. Methods FHIT gene expressions in33cases of lung squamous carcinoma tissue were tested by immunohistochemistry skill,and the expressions were analysed its relation with age,sex,smoking,tumor stage and differentiation degree. Conclusion FHIT gene expressing deletion was common in lung squamous carcinoma and was apparent correlative with smoking.Testing FHITprotein would be help for diagnosis og lung carcinoma. |
