我院2004～2007年中药注射剂应用分析

目的：分析中药注射剂在我院临床的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：利用医院数据库,统计2004年-2007年中药注射剂使用数据,通过用药金额、用药频度、日均用药金额等情况进行统计、分析。结果：4年中我院中药注射剂品种数没有太大的变化,补益类和活血类药在用药金额上占了很大的构成比,心脑血管系统中药注射剂的DDDs、DDC值4年中排序均稳居首位。结论：我院中药注射剂的应用日益广泛,尤以心脑血管系统中药注射剂的应用增多最为明显。但中药注射剂质量标准不够合理,不良反应已经浮出水面,值得临床工作者的高度注意。

Analysis of the Use of Chinese Herbal Injections During 2004～2007 in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the clinical use of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital for reference of their rational use. METHODS： The Chinese herbal injections used between 2004 and 2007 were analyzed in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and the average daily cost （DDC） using hospital database. RESULTS： No great change was noted for the consumption varieties of Chinese herbal injections over the 4 years; the varieties of drugs used for tonifying or promoting blood flow showed a great proportion. Both the DDDs and DDC of Chinese herbal injections for cardio- cerebrovascular system steadily dominated the first places over the 4 years. CONCLUSION： The use of Chinese herbal injections is increasingly extensive, especially the Chinese herbal injections for cardio - cerebrovascular system which has witnessed a marked increase. However, the unreasonable quality standard and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions of the Chinese herbal injections worth the highest alert.
