磁共振弥散加权成像评估肺癌放化疗效果的研究进展

随着磁共振（MR）设备和技术的进步，弥散加权成像（DWI）己越来越广泛的应用于体部器官，DWI作为一种功能成像，在肺部病变方面的应用展现出了良好的前景。肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，DWI在其诊断、鉴别诊断、分型分期、评估疗效和预后方面都表现出很大的优势。本文综述了DWI在肺癌方面的应用，着重讨论DWI评估肺癌放化疗效果方面的价值及存在的争议。

Advance of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging in assessment of response to chemoradiotherapy in lung cancer

With the progress of magnetic resonance （MR） equipment and technology, diffusion weighted imaging （DWI） has been more and more widely applied to the body organs. As a kind of functional imaging, DWI showed good prospects in the application of lung lesions. Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. DWI has appeared great advantage in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, pathology type and stage, evaluation of curative effect and prognosis of lung cancer. In this paper, we reviewed the application of DWI in lung cancer, focusing on the value of DWI in assessing the effect of chemoradiotherapy in lung cancer.
