摘    要:目的建立测定利奈唑胺滴眼液含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C8柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:水∶乙腈(80∶20,v/v),柱温50℃,流速1.4 ml/min,检测波长251 nm。结果在0.025~0.8 mg/ml浓度范围内,利奈唑胺峰面积和质量浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为0.6%,精密度高,耐用性好,样品溶液可以在室温环境下24 h内稳定。结论本方法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确,可用于测定利奈唑胺滴眼液的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of linezolid eye drops. Methods The separation was performed on Diamonsil C8 (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase was water-acetonitrile (80: 20) with the flow rate of 1.4 ml/min, the detection avelength was at 251 nm and column temperature was 50℃. Results The calibration curve of linezolid was linear within the.oncentration range of 0. 025 -0.8 mg/ml, r = 0. 999 5. The average recovery rate of linezolid was 100.7% (RSI) = 0. 6% ). Conclusion The method is simple, quick and specific. It can be used to determine the content of linezotid eye drops.
