医学生科研创新能力培养的制度实践

为了适应社会发展的需要，应该加大对医学生科研创新能力的培养力度，并把一些有益的做法制度化。开展科研讲座，开设科研训练课程；成立大学生科研社团组织，优化组合科研团队；建设大学生科研创新基地，开辟网上科研交流平台；加大对大学生科研创新课题的支持和管理力度；举行大学生科技学术节；实行大学生科研创新的激励机制；建设研究型人才培养示范专业；提高大学生毕业论文、毕业设计的质量，加强大学生的学术道德教育。
