综合心理干预治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效分析

目的　探讨放松训练、家庭治疗、认知和行为治疗综合心理干预对哮喘患儿的临床治疗效果。方法　采用双盲 ,随机对照方法 ,对诊断为儿童哮喘符合纳入标准的 116例患儿分为治疗组 6 0例 ,对照组 5 6例 ,给予同样药物治疗 ,治疗组同时进行综合心理干预治疗前后观察两组临床疗效 ,日夜间记分及呼吸峰流速 (PEF)等。结果　治疗组在临床疗效、日间记分、PEF等方面均优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。结论　综合心理干预治疗儿童哮喘疗效确切

A Study on the Clinical Effects of Psychotherapy on Asthma in Children

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of flaccid practive,family therapy and cognitive behavior therapy assistant with psychotherapy on asthma in children .Methods 116 children with asthma were double-blindly and randomly divided into two groups:60 cases in therapy group and 56 in control group.The therapy group was given psychotherapy in addition to the usual drug therapy,and the control group was given only drug therapy.Then we observed the clinical effect,PEF,integration of day and night.Result The clinical effect,PEF and integration of day and night of the therapy group were more effective than those of the control group.Conclusion psychotherapy was effective in the therapy to the children with asthma.
