广州市三所高校新生乙肝病毒感染状况调查

目的了解乙肝病毒(HBV)在大学新生中的流行分布情况,为今后的防治工作提供科学依据。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测广州市三所高校新生的乙肝病毒五项标志物,酶动力学法测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)。结果4162名大学新生HBsAg阳性总体携带率为13.55%;其中男生为16.11%,女生为9.86%,男生显著高于女生(χ2=18.285,P<0.05);HBsAg阳性的模式中以HBsAg、HBeAb及HBcAb同时阳性者比例最高达66.49%,其次为HBsAg、HBeAg及HBcAb同时阳性者占14.01%。结论广州市三所高校新生的HBsAg携带率高于全国平均水平,对其防治工作不容忽视,在学生中加强乙肝健康教育和传染源管理的同时,对易感人群采取相应的乙肝疫苗注射等措施。

Hepatitis B Virus Infection Status of New Students of Three Universities in Guangzhou

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection among the new students of three universities in Guangzhou,and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and cure work.Methods 4 162 serum samples were collected from the students and tested for the five HBV markers and ALT enzyme by ELISA and enzyme activity assay.Results The total HBsAg positive rate was 13.55%,in which 16.11% was male and 9.86% was female.Male had a significant higher rate of HBV carrier than female(X2=18.258,P<0.05).Among the HBsAg positive individuals,66.94% of them were positive for all HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb,and 14.01% were positive for all HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb.Conclusion The HBsAg positive rate of these three universities was higher than the average rate of the whole country.So,the prevention and treatment of the disease should not be ignored.Health education on HBV and control of HBV infection should be strengthened.And hepatitis B vaccination program should be implemented to prevent infection.
