温病初期不是表证

表证的特征性表现是＂恶寒＂,判断是不是表证的关键是＂恶寒＂的有无。《伤寒论》中温病的提纲是＂不恶寒＂。温病的病因病机与表证不同。《温热论》中的＂卫＂不是表证,温病初起的治法不是解表。常见温病的初期没有表证。
