| 摘 要： | 目的了解乙型肝炎患者的心理健康状况。方法对50例乙型肝炎患者采用症状自评量表进行心理状况评定,并与全国常模比较。结果乙型肝炎患者症状自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分均高于全国常模(P<0.01)。结论乙型肝炎患者心理状况普遍较差,提示在药物治疗的同时,应加强心理治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the mental states of patients with hepatitis B. Methods The mental status of 50 patients with hepatitis B were tested with the Symptom Check-list 90(SCL-90). And the results were compared with Chinese norm. Results Compared to the Chinese norm, the total scale, mean scale and the scales of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal, depression, anxiety and phobic of SCL-90 were higher significantly. Conclusion The psychological health in hepatitis B patients were worse than normal. Psychological treatment should be enforced at the sometime of drug therapy. |
