| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新生儿机械通气相关性肺炎的临床特点。 方法 对本病 2 2例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 36例行机械通气的患儿有 2 2例发生机械通气相关性肺炎。 结论 机械通气时间大于 96h ,机械通气相关性肺炎发生率有显著性差异。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical features of neonatal ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical features was performed in twenty two newborns with ventilator associated pneumonia.Results Ventilator associated pneumonia were found in 22 out of 36 neonates with mechanical ventilation.Conclusion The incidence of VAP is significantly increased if the time of mechanical ventilation in longer than 96 hours. |
