早期胚胎死亡中FS的变化及与HCG的相关研究

目的:探讨早期胚胎死亡中卵泡休止素(FS)的变化及与HCG有无相关性。方法:应用酶联免疫法对早期胚胎兄亡孕妇、正常早期妊娠孕妇血清FS进行测定,用放免法对上述两组妊娠天数为42～43天的孕妇进行HCG测定。结果:早期胚胎死亡孕妇组血清FS水平明显低于正常早期妊娠孕妇组(P<0.01),早期胚胎死亡孕妇组血清HCG水平明显低于正常早期妊娠孕妇(P<0.01).FS与HCG的变化在早期胚胎死亡中均呈正相关。结论:血清FS水平的变化参与了早期妊娠的维持,FS减少引起早期胚胎死亡原因之一。

A research on various FS levels and the correlation between FS and HCG of the expectant mother with early embryo death

Objective:To investigate the variation of the serum follistatin(FS) level of expectant mother with early embryo death,and compare that whether there is a correlation between FS and Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG). Methods:Using enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) ,we measured the FS level of 30 expectant mother with early embryo death and 30 pregnant women,and using radio immunoassay,we examined the HCG level to everyone whose pregnant day was 42-43 days. ResultS:The serum FS concentration of expectant mother with early embryo death is greatly lower than that of normal expectant mother(P<0.01). The serum HCG concentration of expectant mother with early embryo death is greatly lower than that of normal expectant mother(P<0.01). Conclusions:The change of follistation in serum involves in the maintaining of early embryo death. Lowering of FS level may cause early embryo death.
