心房纤颤微创外科研究现状

心房纤颤简称房颤(atrial fibrillation,AF)的致死率在心律失常中仅次于室颤,位居第二位;主要致死原因为血流动力学障碍引起的心衰及循环栓塞。因此,心房纤颤的治疗越来越受到重视,药物是治疗心房纤颤的常用手段,但副作用大,复发率高,不适宜大力推广。手术已成为房颤治疗的主要手段,尤其是微创外科,在心房纤颤治疗中的地位越来越重要。本文旨在就目前房颤微创外科的研究现状作一综述。

Research status of minimally invasive surgery for atrial fibrillation

The fatality rate of atrial fibrillation （AF） in arrhythmia ranked the second place while the first is ventricular fibrillation. The main reasons are circulatory embolism and heart failure cased by the hemodynamic disorder. Therefore,the treatment of atrial fibril-lation has been paid more and more attention to. The drug is a common method for the treatment of atrial fibrillation,but the side effects and high recurrence rate are not suitable for popularization ; operation has become the main means of treating atrial fibrillation, especially minimally invasive surgery,which becomes more and more important. This paper gives an overview of research status of minimally inva-sive surgical of AF.
