双钢板在治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折中的应用

探讨双钢板治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的方法及疗效。方法：采用双钢板治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折25例,术后均早期进行功能锻炼,定期复查X线片,观察骨折愈合情况。结果：25例患者均获得随访,随访时间9~16个月,优12例,良9例,可4例,优良率84%,无切口感染、尺神经损伤、骨折不愈合等并发症发生。结论：应用双钢板治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折能够获得坚强固定,术后可以早期进行功能锻炼,肘关节功能恢复满意。

Application of Double plate in the treatment of humeral condylar comminuted fractures

To investigate the double plate in treatment ot comminuted humeral intercondylar tractures of the method and the curative effect. Methods：the treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture of 25 cases with double plate, early postoperative functional exercise, regular X-ray film, to observe the fracture healing. The pa- tients were followed up for 9-16 months, average 13.4 months, with Cassebaum scoring system to evaluate the postop- erative elbow joint function. Results：25 cases were followed up, the follow-up time was 9-16 months, 12 cases were excellent, good in 9 cases, 4 cases, the excellent and good rate was 84%, no wound infection, nonunion of ulnar nerve injury, complication. Conclusion：the treatment of double steel plate of intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus can obtain rigid fixation, early postoperative functional exercise, and satisfactory functional recovery of elbow joint.
